Quick Overview

There are many conflicting stories about Lilith, Adam's wife before Eve. Lilith was rejected by Adam, because she was too independent. Her story originates in Jewish mythology. She suffered from the fear of her time, and her story is marred with tales of violence and demons. In the 21st century, we can logically look at how strong women in medieval times were demonized. Today, we see her as possibly one of the first women who fought to be treated as an equal to men.

Our stunning, unique design has an embroidered inset at the hem and on the sleeves. The embroidery includes wheat, grapes, a triquetra (symbol of the Holy Trinity) and a cross. An exclusive design* for WomenSpirit.
